12 Minute Bench Workout

I know we don't always get to make it to the gym or even have the option of using equipment, so here is a quick full body workout that involves one simple item - a bench! 

Workout: 

  1. 30 seconds Push Ups
  2. 30 seconds Step Ups each side
  3. 1 minute High Plank Alternating Forward Reaches
  4. 30 seconds Side Quick Step Ups each side
  5. 30 seconds Tricep Dips 

That first round will take you 4 minutes - rest for about 30 seconds - 1 minute between rounds & complete 3 rounds!
