Gluten-Free Coconut Brownies

Hey guys! Here's this week's Dessert Friday recipe: GF Coconut Brownies

Ingredients: 

·       2 eggs

·       ¾ cup almond flour

·       ¼ cup coconut flour

·       ½ cup brown sugar

·       ½ cup cacao powder

·       1 tsp sea salt

·       1 tsp baking powder

·       ¼ cup coconut oil

·       Almond or Coconut milk AS NEEDED (for batter texture)

·       ½ cup non-dairy chocolate chips

·       ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

 

Directions:

·       Mix all dry ingredients.

·       Whisk 2 eggs & melted coconut oil

·       Combine all ingredients (except chocolate chips & shredded coconut) & mix

·       Stir in chocolate chips & coconut

·       Pour batter into baking pan

·       Bake for 30 minutes at 350 

Wait until they cool, then cut & top with shredded coconut & chocolate chips :)
