Comfort Zone Workouts
I'm going to make this post short & sweet ... okay maybe not so sweet ;)
If you want to change your body... Change requires CHANGE. If you do the same workout every day, run at the same pace, do the same exercises, eat the same foods, etc. I hate to break it to you - you are not going to see positive results.
Change up your routine on a DAILY basis. Get OUT of your comfort zone - move to a new spot in the gym, use different equipment, hop on the stair master or elliptical instead of the treadmill.
Jump, do handstands, try yoga, lift some dumbbells, get on the ground to do abs... or maybe get off the ground to do abs. There are SO many exercises & types of workouts, try something NEW! Because new workouts, uncomfortable workouts, HARD workouts will lead you to where you want to be.
So whatever workout you were planning to do today or tomorrow, if it's something you've done before - do something DIFFERENT :)
