Change your Mindset

At some point in your life you may have hated "working out" or "exercising" or focusing on "losing weight" & you may still hate all of that now. But I'm here to tell you, it's time to change your mindset. 

Changing your body & gaining strength & tone takes a CHALLENGE. "If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you" - that is something I tell all of my clients. You may not have the desire to push through hard workouts or eat well, but it's all about how you think of it. Just like studying is required in order to pass your courses, or productivity is required in the workplace, challenge is required in your training. And that's how you need to begin to think of it.

 You are an athlete TRAINING. This isn't about "exercising" or "dieting", this is about conditioning & pushing your body to its max. Once you start to see results, you won't ever want to go back to your sedentary lifestyle. Think about your HEALTH, think about the body you've always dreamed of, & now think about the CHANGE it is going to get there.

Regardless of which workout program you choose, or how you decide to change the way you eat, I am here to encourage you & support you. It's time to stop feeling sluggish, "heavy", bloated & unconfident, it is time to START LIVING!
