Your Health is an Investment
You don't have to be a genius to know that following a plan produces greater results than just "winging" it. I realize that there's moments in life or certain events that allow room for procrastination, but your health isn't one of them - you should see it as a long-term investment.
Whether you want to lose weight, get toned, feel better or even clear up your skin, there's importance in having a plan. We hire people to plan our wedding, to take care of our finances, to clean our homes, take care of our kids, walk our dogs, the list goes on... We do this because these areas of life are important to us, they can be seen as necessary investments, but we often times neglect the investment of our health.
I'm not saying that it's necessary to hire someone to be your personal trainer or meal planner, but create a plan & stick to it. Your health dictates your future. Investing in it now leads you to lower risks of health complications including heart problems, anxiety, depression, stress, low confidence & cancer.
If you don't feel your best now & you're not taking steps toward feeling better, the reality is, you're only going to continue feeling worse. As we get older, our bodies physically decline, but exercising & eating well can reverse many of these effects & symptoms, allowing us to not only live longer, but better.
If you're ready for a change, it's time for a plan. A meal plan & an exercise plan. Create something or have someone create it for you... and then stick to it. Don't give up. Put your health first & make that long-term investment.
