Benefits of AM Stretching

Start your morning off with 10-15 minutes of stretching for these awesome benefits :)

2. Decreased Back Pain: Stretching reduces the tension in your spine & muscles, in turn lowering your risk of back issues & pain. 

3. Better Posture: Regular stretching lengthens & relaxes your muscles, allowing for you to sit up well & have better posture. Stretching in the morning sets you up for a healthier posture for your day at work.

**Just remember to start off SLOW, give your body time to get warm & work into the stretch. Forcing stretches too quickly could lead to injury so listen to your body.
