5 NIGHTS OF SALAD #TWO

INGREDIENTS:

  • Choice of Steak
  • 1 Head Romaine Lettuce
  • Handful Grape Tomatoes
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • 2 stalks Green Onion
  • 1 handful Grapes
  • Handful Croutons (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Feta Cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter

DRESSING:

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch salt

DIRECTIONS:

  • Cook steak on skillet with butter
  • Wash & chop veggies
  • Once steak is cooked to your desire, cut up & toss in with salad
  • Mix dressing ingredients & top your salad
